Shipping Policy
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated delivery time. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
At Ace Auto Dismantlers, we ship New Zealand-wide and offer convenient pickup options from our Palmerston North location.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmed
- Freight Services: Bulky parts (engines, panels, etc) are shipped via trusted freight carriers. Tracking will be provided once dispatched.
Delivery Times
- North Island: 1-3 business days
- South Island: 2-5 business days
- Rural Address: 3-5 business days
Pick Up
- Customers may choose “Pickup” at checkout.
- Address: 107 Keith Street, Roslyn, Palmerston North
- Pickup Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at Checkout or quoted manually for bulky items. We work with several freight partners to offer competitive rates nationwide.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are sent via email once your order is dispatched. For pick ups, you’ll be notified when your item is ready for collection.
